Deputy Head at the Heart Rhythm Management Center (HRMC) of the University Hospital of Brussels where her expertise in heart failure and arrhythmias form a unique combination.

She graduated as a cardiologist at the Free University of Brussels (VUB) and studied the treatment of heart failure at the Onze Lieve Vrouw Hospital in Aalst and the Ziekenhuis Oost Limburg, after which she also became part of the Heart Failure Clinic of UZ Brussel. 

In her current position at HRMC she has also built up expertise in the field of rhythm disorders and various devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators.
